I've written The Morning Bergeron every weekday morning for more than six years. It started as a note to a handful of clients about what I was seeing in Louisville real estate. Today it goes out to 60,000+ readers at 5 AM, Monday through Friday, and about 45% of them open it — which, for a daily email, is a number I still don't fully believe.

By day I'm the Owner–Realtor of Award-Winning Winner Realty, the brokerage I started here in Louisville. I've been a licensed Realtor in Kentucky for 13 years, and a lot of my business is other agents hiring me to list and buy for them — "the realtor's realtor" is the reputation, and I take it seriously. I also run OffMarket.deals, a private investor marketplace with 400,000+ buyers, and Property Partner Data Company, the data platform that surfaces a lot of what shows up in this newsletter first.
